Our History
It's hard to believe it's been over 60 years since we first
established Jamestown Stamp Company in 1939. The company grew
from one collection to what we know today as America's favorite
Dealer. Today, we carry the original passion for collecting
and serving the collectible community.
Established as a mail order company, Jamestown Stamp Company
expanded it's horizons in the late 90's. Jamestown Stamp Company's
Web site was launched to make collecting even more exciting,
affordable, and rewarding. Now reaching collectors the world
over, we continue to serve the collector.
It started with a collection and a dream and our history continues
into the new Millenium creating new dreams and inspiring imaginations
both young and old. Jamestown Stamp Company's secret is simple.
We are collectors and we serve collectors.
Location
Located 75 miles south of Buffalo and 30 miles East of the
Pennsylvania state line, Jamestown Stamp Company is situated
nicely in one of the North East's favorite Summer travel spots.
Nearby Chautauqua Lake has been attracting trophy Muskellunge
anglers for years and fans of Lucy will be visiting her hometown
for years to come.
