Unused stamps issued prior to 1893 will be either without gum or partial gum. Full gum and / or never hinged quality stamps are VERY scarce prior to 1893. Prices found here are for sound stamps which will satisfy most collectors. Certain stamps in better than average condition sell at slightly higher prices. Prices are subject to change without notice.
